Portage, Utah & Boise, Idaho
On Sunday, July 26th we packed up and headed north. We stopped briefly in Spanish Fork at Grandpa and Grandma Bernards for dinner and gave the kids baths. Then we headed to Portage, Utah to visit the Gibbs Family. We arrived late and did most of our visiting the next day.

Eliza had a great time on the bouncy horse and still gets excited about it every time she sees this picture.

As always it was great to see Uncle Doug and Aunt Trina. Robert and his kids came over for a bit, too. The highlight for Sherman and Eliza was a ride on the tractor with Uncle Doug.

When I was young we would always get excited about going to Portage because we got to ride the horse. All but one horse is gone now and he is too old to ride. So I'm glad that my kids love tractors and have something to get excited about.
After the tractor ride we headed to Boise, Idaho to take Kerilyn home and visit for a few days. We had a great time playing with cousins and just hanging out. We went to the Boise Zoo one day with Aunt Sherlyn and her kids and Aunt Kerilyn.

Eliza, Cole, Sherman & Olivia

As always the Giraffes were a highlight.
